PHR will not sell, rent, or disclose the Site User’s private information to any parties outside www.Peenuts.com
At PHR, we protect your privacy as if it were our own. We use the information you provide to us for four purposes only: to
process your orders(s), to replay to your questions, provide our newsletter via email, to provide our product brochures
via postal mail, and to incorporate your feedback into improvements to our Web site. We will not give, sell, or rent your
personal information or specific account activity to anyone for any reason except as required by law and when we believe
that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal
process served on our Web site.
Terms and Conditions
This agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply to your purchase from PHR. By accepting delivery of the
products described on the invoice, Customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions. THESE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS APPLY (i) UNLESS CUSTOMER HAS SIGNED A SEPARAGE FORMAL PUCHASE AGREEMENT WITH PHR, IN WHICH CASE THE SEPARATE
AGREEMENT SHALL GOVERN; OR (ii) UNLESS OTHER PHR STANDARD TERMS APPLY TO THE TRANSACTION. These terms and conditions are
subject to change without prior written notice at any time, in PHR sole discretion.

PHR provides links to various sites to aid the Site User. PHR is not responsible for any information on those sites. The
site contains links and pointers to the other Internet sites, resources, and sponsors of the site. Links to and from any
site to other third party sites, maintained by third parties, do not constitute an endorsement of their contents.
Updates to this Site
PHR reserves the right to change products, services, prices, and any other information at any time. In addition, we may
revise these terms of use at any time by updating the website.
The products and the claims made about specific products on or through this site have not been evaluated by the United
States Food and Drug Administration and are not approved to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. The information
provided on this site is for informational purposes only and is not intended as a substitute for advice from your
physician or other health care professional or any information contained on or in any product label or packaging. You
should not use the information on this site for diagnosis or treatment of any health problem or for prescription of any

Payment
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, & AMERICAN EXPRESS. We also accept payment via check or money order drawn on US banks.

customer service hours: Monday through Friday from 9:00am-6:00pm EST.
Shipping
All orders within the continental United States ship UPS, unless otherwise specified. Alaska, Hawaii, Us Virgin Islands,
Puerto Rico, and Canada orders ship via the United States Post Office at standard UPS ground pricing. For international
orders, please call for shipping prices 1-888-733-6887 or email us at peenuts@verizon.net. All orders received by 12:00pm
Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the same business day, provided that items ordered are in stock. All orders placed
after 12:00pm, will ship the next business day. All orders placed on the weekend will ship the next business day (Monday).
Customer Service
Please call our friendly, knowledgeable customer service representatives today to order 1-888-733-6887. We are open Monday
thru Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm EST. You can place an order, check the status of your existing order or ask questions about
products. We look forward to hearing from you.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, we will refund un-opened bottles that have not expired for a
refund, less applicable shipping costs. We will not refund product that is returned 90 days prior to the expiration date.
If the product is damaged when returned, we will not issue a refund. We encourage you to contact Dr. Wheeler and visit
with him through a free phone consultation in the event you feel one of our products is not working for you. Because our
products are validated to work, it’s our desire to determine the problem and get your health back on track.
International orders
All customers wishing to place an international order must first contact customer service at 1-888-733-6887 or by email at
peenuts@verizon.net. Laws vary from country to country. It is your responsibility to check with your customs office to see
if your country permits the shipment of our products. If the package is seized by customs for any reason and we do not
receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the
products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost, less shipping and handling charges. Prepayment is
required. Payment must be by credit card, check or money order drawn on a US bank. Shipping charges are based on the
weight of the package and the destination.

Sales tax does not apply
Back Orders
We strive to keep the freshest product in inventory at all times. Although every attempt is made to keep product in
inventory, occasionally a product may be on back order. If any product is not in stock for an order, every attempt will be
made to serve the customers needs.

Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your online order, please call Customer Service at 1-888-733-6887 to speak with a customer service
representative to submit your cancellation. If orders have already been shipped when an order is cancelled, the customer
will be responsible for shipping the product back to us. Once we receive the product, we will refund the product, less
shipping charges to and from the customer.
